Over the coming months we will be sharing posts about how our staff uses our jojoba themselves in our new #HowDoYouHobaCare campaign. Today’s post is from Hillary, our Customer Care Lead.

We frequently get the question:
What's the difference between Jojoba Baby and the regular organic Jojoba?
Our answer: The packaging.
We’ve all heard that we should never stick anything smaller than our fingers in our ears, and yet many of us persist in using cotton swabs to clean our ears. For many of us this doesn’t cause any issues, but for some it does. There are a wide variety of ways to clear the wax and buildup out of our ears: peroxide, warm oil, etc. It’s probably not a big surprise that jojoba works very well for this as well.
Since cradle cap affects roughly 50% of babies, there's a great chance that you will have to deal with this pesky problem if you have children. Babies have very sensitive skin which means they are more sensitive to harsh ingredients than adults are. Since jojoba is non-allergenic will not cause adverse reactions in infants, even those with ultra sensitive skin. If you have a baby with cradle cap try jojoba before you try other treatments, especially those that contain chemicals or harsh ingredients. Jojoba conditions the skin and will help relieve cradle cap almost immediately.
I continue to be impressed with your company and the high standards that it promotes. Your responsiveness to questions, shipping and customer service is top notch. Thank you for everything.
Fabulous, fabulous stuff!
I want you to know I appreciate your wonderful customer service. There is never a delay in the shipment of my order and I very much appreciate it.
The very best thing about jojoba is that is does not become rancid and aids in the integrity of essential oils.
I bought your product... and my husband thought it was just another product I had to have - now he uses it all the time and reminded me when we're running low. So we both think it's great. Thanks.
The glide is perfect and I have yet to find another product that can rival its positive effects on the skin. And as a therapist who does mostly medical work, it is a wonderful thing to have found a product that none of my clients are allergic to.
My clients love Jojoba; it washes out of sheets and clothing easily, and it makes my work easier. The absence of fragrance is especially nice. I highly recommend it!
I did a lot of research on what to use on my skin and then where to get it. I know I made the right choice.
After reading that it was not toxic for animals, I treated My dog's inflamed area. It was raw, scabby, and quite itchy. I treated the spot directly, massaging through the hair to her skin. I also covered that area with a shirt, to ensure our dog would leave that area alone. Within days, I noticed an improvement.
I've been a masseuse for eleven years and your jojoba extract is the best stuff I've ever used! It's economical, clean, and every one of my clients like it.
